Delivery & Installation

Delivered fully assembled. Requires a flat, solid surface (min. 10cm concrete slab or treated wood frame). Leave 15cm ventilation clearance on all sides and 50cm above from any flammable structure. Most units are plug-and-play. Pre-plan water inlet/outlet and power connections before delivery.

This is a made-to-order product. A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Lead times will be confirmed at time of order.

Honestly, we looked at a lot of different outdoor kitchen options before deciding on BBQ Shacks, and we're glad we went with them.

The whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The team were easy to deal with, kept us updated throughout, and the installation went smoothly with no hassle.

The quality of the shack is unreal. The finish, lighting, built-in fridge, TV and grill all look even better in person than they did in the photos. Even on a wet day, it's a space you just want to spend time in.
